I think I've found heaven on earth. It's called Cal-a-Vie Health Spa. Tucked among rolling hills just north of San Diego, this rustic retreat is where I spent some time recharging, reflecting and relaxing before we start taping the third season of Hot in Cleveland. In fact, several of my fellow spa guests joined me to watch the Season 2 finale - it's so much fun to laugh with others and enjoy the show with a community of friends. Whether it's taking a spa retreat for a few days or stealing a half-hour for a manicure or just taking a moment to appreciate the sunset, I believe in making time to nurture myself.
