Van Halen's new album, A Different Kind of Truth, came out last week and it rocks! It features one of my favorite songs of all time, Tattoo, and my favorite musician of all time - my sweet boy, Wolfgang Van Halen, on bass.
On February 8, the band played a dress rehearsal at the Forum in Los Angeles - this "Friends and Family" show enabled Van Halen to work out the kinks and try out the stage in a larger setting and enjoy the feedback and energy from the crowd.
Here's a link to my photos from rehearsals.
After braving LA traffic, Tom and I attended the show with so many good friends - including my Hot in Cleveland co-star Wendie Mallick and our executive producer Todd Milliner. Speaking of Hot in Cleveland, during that evening's episode, "I'm With the Band," I gave a little shout out to Wolf, Ed, Alex and Dave. Did you catch it?
The tour kicks off in Louisville on February 18 and one week later, I'll meet Wolfie in Chicago to see the sold-out show at the United Center, and I'll catch up with him for his 21st birthday in Toronto. Tickets are still available for many performances, but they're selling out fast! Hope to see you sometime out on the road!

I'm so glad that I found Hot in Cleveland on the internet. It isn't on TV in the Netherlands yet, so I can only watch it on DVD.
I'm looking forward to season 4!
Keep up the good work!
Andrea.
