Hi Val My name is Tom Swanson a few years ago my wife and I went to a Van Halen concert and Ed was so druged out that he could barly stand let alone put on a show I cannot send an e-mail to him but can u please ask him if he can show good faith and give my wife and I 2 tickets to the Seattle show that is comming up. Please respond! I am a teacher of the deaf at a HS in Ky. I also coteach a life skills class. I show the class "the secret" movie and we make vision boards. I want to Prove to the class that you need to dream big! so I put the picture of you on the oprah show in that sexy black dress on my vision board and I told them that I would ask you to send me that dress that you wore and I would loose enough weight to wear it to graduation in may. (none of them including the teachers i work with think this is possible, and I would like nothing better to prove them wrong!) I said If I could make it happen would they begin to "dream big" and they promised they would! I would send you the dress back, or if you don't have it anymore, then maybe just a letter saying why you can't send it or where you got it so the kids will know I have communicated with you, which they don't think i can do..
Please help me blow their minds and show them anything is possible!! taradeann@yahoo .com

I was very excited to see a new clothing line by Valeria B. I purchased a grey cowl neck sweater dress and proudly wore it to work today. By the end of the day, the back had stretched out to the point it was 4 inches longer than the front. Did I get the lemon of the clothing line?

I have listened to both Losing It and Finding It this week while driving to work (3 hr commute each day). I cannot tell you how you've helped me. Nearing 41 in a few short days, I struggle with many of the same insecurities, fears, questions, and uncertainties about myself and my life, what I want, what I believe, etc. that you express. I'm finding new strength to keep seeking and to live in the moment more than trying to get too far ahead of myself and crucify my every effort as not good enough. Simply cannot thank you enough for being that vulnerable and sharing your story. Women really do have much more in common than we realize, it seems, no matter where we live or what our life has been like. Many of the questions remain the same.

The only other book that helped me as profoundly was Ellen Burstyn's "Lessons in Becoming Myself" which I listen to often. Yours are definitely in my repeat pile.

Hi Valerie! I saw you on Craig Furgeson's show last night and was so excited to hear you say Cuyahoga Falls! I had no idea your husband was from there. I graduated from Cuy Falls, but I don't remember any of the Vitale's. Just wanted to say hi! and love Hot in Cleveland - hope it continues for many years! best wishes!
