This is it! Here's my secret to weight-loss success with two full-length workouts led by my personal trainer Christopher Ross Lane. "Losing It: Body Basics" is a 20-minute, beginner-level routine that works the entire body while focusing on trimming the hips, thighs, abs, and arms. "Keeping Fit: Bikini Ready" is a more challenging, 40-minute routine that sculpts muscles and burns fat by alternating toning exercises and cardio bursts. The program also includes the bonus workout "Bikini Abs Sculpting" to specifically target the troublesome midsection. This program, which you can do in the comfort of your home without a lot of fancy equipment, is what I used to get ready for my People Magazine bikini photo!

Me again. I just got done with #2 workout. I just love this DVD, really! This is one of the few exercise DVD's I can get through. For one, Christopher is such a great coach and he's easy for me to follow along with. Secondly, maybe it's because we're about the same age that I can relate to you better than other exercise personalities. I like your humor and you are so "real". I don't feel discouraged because you make me feel like I can do it. Thanks so much and I hope in the future you do another one!

Hi Val - I have a fitness question about the workouts. Can I do Level 1 on alternate days with Level 2, or would it be moot since my fitness level is higher than Level 1? Can you suggest a non-weight workout on days in between my weighted workouts? Thank you. And by the way, you look fantastic-and very inspiring for this 51-year-old!

I was so excited when I saw your exercise DVD & immediately purchased. Started with the 20 minute workout and boy can I feel it the next day !! I'm so excited to finally find routines that I did so many years ago and able to do in the privacy of my own home. THANK YOU Valerie !

I love working out to your video. We're about the same age and I feel like I'm working out with a friend. My goal is to be fit at fifty. If I reach my goal, my son says he'll take me rock climbing as a reward. I also want to hike up to Timpanogas Peak. You should do Timpanogas Peak in Utah. It's beautiful!

You are an inspiration to us. I love your video. You say what we are feeling! It is so nice to have a video were a trainer is talking so someone trying just like us and not a room full of people who appear to have been doing this for years. No one is yelling "you can do it" when you have already given up because they are going too fast for you. Your video is a video that anyone can do even me! Thanks for making this fine video.
