In October, I spoke at Arizona's Ultimate Women's Expo. Literally thousands of women packed the convention hall to see trends in fashion, food, health and beauty and more. I gave the keynote address and it was a thrilling, yet humbling experience. I love to hear the stories of success from women who say I am their inspiration, but you are the ones that inspire me and keep me going. I was able to sign copies of Finding It and Losing It at the Borders Books booth, and for the very first time ever, I got to sign copies of my new exercise DVD at the Jenny Craig booth! I especially enjoyed being in Arizona, where my Mom and Pop live because it's wonderful to have them see me. In fact, my Dad was taking pictures just like he always does, and he even held my purse while I signed DVDs! At the end of the day, I was exhausted, but exhilarated.
