photo galleries - Take A Hike: Pinnacle Peak, Arizona

Pinnacle Peak is my favorite hike in Arizona. It provides a challenging series of climbs, but the trail is even and smooth - and the views are breath-taking. It's also a great trail for families because of the interactive trail markers that help you learn about desert plants and animals. Tom and I climbed Pinnacle Peak recently with Tom's son Dominic, my brother Patrick and his wife Stacy, and several of their friends. I hope you enjoy the hike!
