Boozy Frozen Espresso

1. Pour the espresso into 2 ice cube trays and freeze until solid, 3-4 hours.
2. Combine the frozen espresso cubes, half-and-half, vodka, coffee liqueur, sugar, and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream if using.
2 cups brewed espresso, at room temperature
1⁄2 cup half-and-half
1⁄4 cup vodka
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
1 tablespoon sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream for serving, optional
