1. In an ice-filled glass, add the seltzer, vodka and lime juice; stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Cooking Tip
When working with jalapeños, it’s best to wear gloves. If you don’t, wash your hands thoroughly before your hands go anywhere near your eyes. I speak from experience.
